SCOTT GRANT
PRESIDENT
Scott Grant started his career as a patrolman for the Polk County Sheriff's Office and shorty into his career transferred to the Pleasant Hill Police Department. Throughout his tenure at the Police Department, he held several positions and left from the force as a Detective.
Following his career in law enforcement, Scott devoted his time to his true passion, home building. Since then, Scott has built a company and reputation widely recognized for integrity, quality, and honesty. In addition, Scott has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005.
Scott and his wife, Mindy, have been married since 2007. They stay busy with their 12 year old son, Corbin, not to mention maintaining the family business day in and day out.

MINDY GRANT
Boss of President
Mindy Grant may be the "Boss" of our President, but we all know she's the oversight of us all, mainly Scott. Without her overall support, and support of our President Scott, our GCH team would not be here today.
Mindy has a background in orthodontics where she worked for Dr. Thomas Moore for 13 years.
In addition, Mindy spends a lot of her time within various volunteer organization both local and beyond.
Mindy's passion for animals and the elderly are second to none.

MICHAEL BURNS
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Originally from New Jersey, Michael graduated from the University of North Carolina with a Bachelors in Business Administration & Management. Following college, Michael rose to be the General Manager of a Nationwide Manufacturing Company located near Charlotte, North Carolina. Upon relocating to the mid-west, Michael assisted with the startup and creation of a successful Property Management company.
Today, Michael oversees the day to day operations of each new construction project along with all business operations within GCH. As the main point of contact for all sub contractors and head of quality control, Michael develops and executes each job production schedule from start to finish.
Michael & his wife Brittney reside in Pleasant Hill with their 4 children, Leam (15), Clinton (13), Lily (6), and Willow (4)

Amber Doumitt
Amber Doumitt works Sales and Marketing for Grant's Custom Homes. Her true passion is providing an experience to our clients/business partners that is heartfelt, honest and ultimate goal is to become lifelong friends.
JEN FIELDS
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Jennifer Fields grew up in Gladstone before moving to Belton as a teenager. While working as a customer service supervisor she raised her son and worked her way through getting her Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting.
In her free time, she enjoys sharpening her mind with puzzles and logic games. She has always had an interest and aptitude for mathematics making her new position as accounting assistant for Grant's Custom Homes all the more exciting as her first job in the 'biz.

ARICA LINTON
Director of administration
Arica began her career in residential and commercial construction 25 years ago.
Arica is head of Administration and Selections at Grant's Custom Homes and loves helping people. She has spent the majority of her career in the construction industry, gaining experiences in all areas.
Arica also enjoys spending time with family, friends, and a good book!
She has had roles over the years from Accounting, Office Manager, and Executive Assistant.

EXECUTIVE IN TRAINING
Corbin, 13, can be found creating works of art around the office when he's not busy with school and after school activities. Corbin is an avid fisherman and plays basketball during the school year.
