At this stage, what is it you're looking at?  Is it the floor plan, the construction techniques used to build the home?  The cleanliness of the project?  Or all of the above or something else?  We're curious what you notice as a potential client.  Do you notice when the job site is a disaster v. when it's clean?  Are you looking at the nailing patterns?  Are you looking at the cuts in the wood?  How about the safety rails or maybe it's what subfloor is used?  

All the things matter and that's why we encourage our prospective clients to tour our homes in all stages at anytime.
